The app creation process

We get you in touch with a TapCrowd event success manager, your single point of contact at TapCrowd.


Our event success manager sets up your app in our platform. The TapCrowd platform is where your app is created and managed. TapCrowd will take care of content input (speakers, sessions, images etc.) and the styling of your app based on the design identity of your conference.

Our platform makes it possible to:

  • Make instant content changes, even during the conference
  • Send push messages to delegates to inform them of last-minute updates
  • Get usage analytics and reports to measure the success of your app

We provide demo versions of the app during this process.

App submission / deployment

We take care of the app submission / deployment process.


Based on your chosen services we will make sure your app gets to the app stores on time. Our platform automatically generates native apps for iOS & Android and an HTML5 web app to make sure your app is available to all your attendees, on all of their mobile devices (tablets & smartphones).
